WHO IS PETER
“You are a connection to others, and your life experiences make a positive difference.” - Engagement Attendee Reflection
I am the child of a 25-year military veteran and a 40-year educator, I share my personal story and diverse experiences—good and bad, including self-doubt, parenting, my journey in sports and work—to inspire, engage, and support you achieving your objectives.
As a leader in the non-profit sector and education, my strength lies in celebrating others, optimizing performance, and helping people unlock their best selves. Everyone's purpose is connected to their experiences and relationships that matter.
-
PURPOSE OVER WHY
Prioritize purpose over a why, cherish moments over possessions—because it’s the relationships that truly matter!
Many speakers will spend time on asking you your “why.” I do my homework. I focus on helping people connect and providing valuable tools to amplify their purpose. I’ve create tailored speeches, workshops, and consultations relevant for educators, non-and-for-profits, youth, community members, teams, administrators, to the barista.

HOW I ENGAGE
I have a strong track record of working with students, staff, teams, city managers, and CEOs.
From the initial fist bump to an authentic share, my approach stresses the importance of building community and having a moment, not a lecture. Building community in a room of 5 or 500 is the primary goal of launching the experience that moves from moment to movement, improving culture, profits, hope, and well-being.
